Ever since first opening their doors, Apollo Bagels has had a line down the block… but they’re definitely worth the hype. New Yorkers wait excitedly for crispy sourdough bagels served hot out of the oven and topped with fresh slices of tomato or smoked salmon.

Opened by pizza experts at Leo and hamburger geniuses at 7th Street, it’s no surprise that this stand serves some of the best bagels in the city. Just be prepared to eat them on the sidewalk.
