A few years later, she bought this bake shop and grew her delicacies into a nationally recognized brand, known for her signature crisp and buttery chocolate chip cookies. Although you can find Kathleen’s cookies everywhere, it’s worth visiting where it all began for the ice cream sandwiches (of course made with Tate’s cookies) and lemon squares that taste like summer.
